Dates cast on Final Drives from Tractor S/N WD23357 are May 2nd through May 26th
Could mean a possible build date sometime in June
Dates cast on Final Drives from Tractor S/N WD16723 are Feb 1st through March 15th
Could mean a possible build date sometime in April
The -1 must have been a mistake as it looks quite similar to the -7 on all six of the other castings
The newer parts tractors I used have no dates cast on these so they must have phased that out
The brakes go in much faster than they come out after rusting for many years
With the brakes in the seat can go back on
I had a set of rear wheels from a few years back so with those on the fenders and drawbar could be too
