The right brake had a real drag at times sometimes almost locking the wheel. It needed to be addressed
The seat, cover plate and hydraulic controls all need to come apart to get at the right side.

The angle can be seen on the right brake - it should be straight

I soaked the top pins with penetrating oil while figuring out what needed to come apart

The factory 3-point adds some real obstacles.

There are blind pins at the front of the rams that need to be removed

The left one came out OK, the right one fought the whole way, every part rusted in place

With the pin removed the ram will drop out of the way so the final drive can be removed

The casting that held the ram partially covers the lower brake pin and has to come off

The hidden 12-point bolt head was mushroomed from the pressure to remove the pin

To get a socket on it I had to use a carbide burr on the Dremel to reshape it

What it looks like with the final drive pulled out

Seen from both sides something is clearly wrong

One of the springs holding the discs together was broken
