Not sure how much painting was going to be done, but the tank really needed some
The dash panel was rusty and in need of attention, the delete buttons got cleaned up and painted
To set off the new gauges the panel was cleaned and painted. The bezel was cleaned with brasso
New wires for everything, I had the proper colors from the last one
The voltage regulator attached to a temporary bracket
Since the lights mount to the loader frame, the generator is as far forward as the wiring gets
And it runs!
The gauges all work as they should
With the necessary fluids checked and other incidentals attached
Time for a test drive even with the yard wet and messy.
I was relieved to see the shuttle clutch work
See a short clip of the first drive in many years
