This gem really enhances the looks of the yard!?? But I've gotten some really good parts.

I had seven good spin-out wheel clamps and one rusted bad from being next to the leaking valve stem

These from the parts tractor looked pretty tough but three of them cleaned up nicely

And after thorough blasting I got ten reassembled with anti-seize and out to the paint booth in February

Three of the wheel locks came off without breaking anything

The fourth one being soaked in Calcium Chloride for years is solid and has the head almost rusted away

The wheels from the parts tractor have a couple of wheel locks, both with the bolt heads broken off

I'm not sure if they can be salvaged or not, but I have three good ones at least

The rear end pulled from the frozen ground with the innards cut and removed.
It cleaned up nicely in the outdoor blaster. WD16723 will be the new Serial Number.

This cover plate is from the original, the one that had been in the dirt 30 years was no longer worthy

A couple pieces from the good rear end are installed

And a look from the back, I painted the inside to seal the fresh sand blasting from flash rust

The top shaft and gears are cleaned and installed

The differential cleaned and shims adjusted feels good
