The connection to ground was poor and the start button most times just clicked
With all connections cleaned and new mounting hardware it works well
The engine would not warm up, I removed the thermostat and heated it in water it worked well
The problem was the rubber seal, it had swelled and disolved allowing coolant to flow freely
With a new seal it seals up like it should
Back together it warms up as it should
