The magneto cleaned up and functioned great on the test stand
However it's 20 degree lag angle is not correct for this application
This engine is designed for spark at 30 degrees BTDC
Filter mount replaced with the all important riser pipe, and a proper FMJ4B3 Magneto
It will need either a shorter belt or a generator
These holes will need cleaning and threading to mount a muffler
I had to go a size up to get good threads tapped
The temp gauge doesn't work, the needle doesn't move
The new temp gauge and muffler installed
New sediment bowl and gas line installed, and the new wires can be seen as well
And it runs, but the water pump leaks so it isn't done yet
