The motor is stuck and it has been a while since it ran

With the lichen pressure washed off

With ample penetrating oil all the levers moved except for the shift lever

I found the whole top of the shifter to be an ant nest, they were crawling all over by the time I got a picture

With a restack I made room in the shed for it

With the shift tower removed to free it up
