The brackets that attach the fenders have been cleaned and mostly straightened

The peened side of the rivets were ground off and an air hammer pushed them out

The worst fender's spot welds were mostly broken so it was completely disassembled

Spot welds on the second were mostly intact so with the stiffeners removed,

pounding out dents and straightening could begin

Tackling the worst fender last I got the center piece up on the anvil

The dents pounded out and the arch made to match the now flattened center

After I get the outdoor blaster opened and the fenders cleaned they still need more repair

The stiffeners are in need of some serious tweaking

The rosebud heated the areas that needed the most attention, a 24" wrench
took care of the twists and a large hammer and the anvil did the final tweaks

A carpenter's square says they are OK, the fenders now have to wait on the weather
